50 Truths I've Learned in 20 Years of Existing.

  1. Being an adult can be fun when you are always acting like a child.
  2. Love has nothing to do with looks but everything to do with respect, time, trust, and interest.
  3. Emotions of laughter, tears, joy and anger are all vital. They make us human.
  4. The greatest truths in life are uncovered with simple, steady awareness and child-like curiosity.

  10. Everything happens for a reason, even the death of an amazing young person.
  11. God heals all wounds with time - regardless of how you feel right now.
  12. Most of the time what you are looking for is right in front of you.
  13. Just because you’re young doesn’t mean you’re immortal. Take care of your body and your health.

  19. Money makes life easier but it can cause a lot of problems as well.

  33. You can’t avoid offending people from time to time. When you don’t mean it, apologize. When you do mean it, accept the consequences.
  34. Prejudice and bigotry is hard-wired into us. You can’t overcome it until you acknowledge it. Thank God for grace.
